How Do I Pay For An Attorney That Handles My Kentucky Workers Comp Case?

by admin on May 14, 2010

In Kentucky, it’s a simple process – Attorneys are only paid if they obtain results.

Kentucky law provides that an attorney may charge a fee of 20% of the first $25,000 recovered, 15% of the next $10,000 and 5% thereafter, with a maximum fee of $12,000.

So….if an attorney doesn’t win your workers compensation case, you pay nothing.

If you need help with a workers compensation claim in Northern Kentucky, call my office at 859.824.3361 or 859.781.9100 for a free consultation.
